Book club

I’ve had some requests for a book club, and decided to try it. If you are interested, sign up here. The first gathering / talk will be via Zoom the last week of April.

Our first book will be Culpability, by Bruce Holsinger. It gets into several issues that you’ve heard me focus on as well, including algorithmic responsibility, parenting in the age of AI, who’s actually in charge when something goes wrong, and the overall murkiness of living inside systems we don’t fully understand or control.

Up next (in May): The School for Good Mothers, by Jessamine Chan.
